Building Successful Public-Private Partnerships

This workshop will discuss how public sector organizations can leverage innovative partnerships to extend their capabilities and impact on operations and resident services. Drawing from her time as Chief Information Officer for the City of Chicago and working with more than 30 cities as the CEO of the City Tech Collaborative, Brenna will talk about the different types of partnerships that governments can use to engage organizations that bring meaningful skills, resources, and perspectives to critical projects. The workshop will highlight projects supported by public-private partnerships, as well as the Dos and Don’ts of building successful partnerships.
