The prompt for this round of the FEDforum is back to square one. This week, hear from the Senior Executives Association (SEA).

The 2022 Government Change Makers Summit, cohosted by the Senior Executives Association (SEA) and the Partnership for Public Service and taking place December 5-9, 2022 is the Federal government’s premier hybrid leadership development gathering that invites attendees to embrace change and lead transformation.

With an increased emphasis on an evolving hybrid and digital world, organizations have learned that human skills of leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, etc. are key to organizational and employee success. Today’s Government leaders at all levels are being challenged to meet this new work dynamic head on - which requires different ways of thinking and being. The Summit attracts current and rising Federal leaders from GS-12/13 to the Senior Executive Service (SES) and their equivalents.

FEDmanager subscribers can claim a 30% discount on summit registration using code: SBRVIP30.

All summit content is available to registrants on-demand thru January 31, 2023. Attendees will have an opportunity to earn executive education certificates from the Yale School of Management and the AU Key Leadership program.

The column from the Senior Executives Association is part of the FEDforum, an initiative to unite voices across the federal community. The FEDforum is a space for federal employee groups to share their organizations’ initiatives and activities with the FEDmanager audience.
