Workshop Overview

The African American Federal Executive Association (AAFEA) will host the 20th Annual AAFEA Leadership Development Workshop – “Leading the Call to Action”, June 4-6, 2024, at the College Park Marriott and Conference Center. This convening marks a significant milestone in AAFEA’s rich history, offering a dynamic platform for executives and senior leaders to gain strategic insights, exchange knowledge, engage in professional networking, and foster collaboration.  

Target Audience

The workshop is geared towards current/retired federal employees at the GS13-level through Senior Executive Service (SES), or equivalent. Attendees represent all federal government agencies, active military, and retirees from the continental US and territories.
