OPM is hosting an Employee Engagement webinar for practitioners on Thursday, October 29, 2015 from 1:00 to 2:30 pm EST. The goal is to share best practices on improving employee engagement and performance in government.
You’re invited to a free webinar hosted by OPM – “Moving from the FEVS, to Planning, to Success!”
Topics that will be covered include:
- Use of data and metrics to assess employee engagement and performance issues
- Developing and implementing action plans based on the data results
- Presentations from two agencies (Department of State and the Social Security Administration) that have taken an innovative approach for analyzing the data and effectively implementing action plans based on the results of the analysis
This event is part of the many efforts and initiatives to improve engagement and performance in the federal government under the President’s Management Agenda (PMA), People & Culture goal.
The target audience for this webinar is practitioners from all agencies and agency components looking for effective strategies and techniques to assess and improve employee engagement within their organizations. Promising practices for improving employee engagement can also be found on the Community of Practice page on UnlockTalent.gov, where all federal employees can register to get access to their agency specific dashboards and visualizations of FEVS and other workforce data.
